"Daniela was absolutely the best host and provide excellent customer service. She is very nice and really help you beyond expectations. The place is an old building but the room was decent, it have a very big infinity pool and is ocean front right on the beach. The restaurant food is not the best and really don’t recommend it. "

"I recently stayed at GR Solaris in Cancun, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The resort is stunning—well-maintained, clean, and perfectly located right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views.
The food was amazing with a great variety of options at every meal, from the buffet to the à la carte restaurants. The drinks were top-notch, and the entertainment staff kept the energy alive all day with fun activities, shows, and games.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony view. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping it spotless each day. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool or enjoy the vibrant nightlife, this resort has it all.

"We just returned from an amazing stay at Royal Solaris and I cannot say enough about the incredible staff who made our trip so special.
First and foremost, Azucena, Mariana and Amy from the Kids Club were absolutely phenomenal. We have been to many resorts but their dedication and care for the kids were on another level. They were warm, attentive and truly passionate about what they do. Our little one felt safe, happy and excited every day and as parents that peace of mind is priceless. They made us feel like family and created a real home away from home experience.
A big thank you to the reception team as well. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, especially with our phone with special needs. They were patient, understanding and always willing to help in every way possible.
The cleaning staff also deserve recognition. Every single person we encountered was friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to any request. Anytime we needed something extra it was delivered right away with a smile. Our room was spotless every day and their attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable.
And the entertainment was top notch. The Moulin Rouge show was breathtaking, the acrobatics were incredible and the foam parties were so much fun. There was always something exciting happening and the atmosphere was full of energy and joy.
