The room was amazing, the staff did an excellent job at making us feel welcomed and part of the family. There were personal touches that made the stay feel like paradise and an experience we'll never forget. Luis and Hector are amazingly good at making guest feel comfortable and help with getting acclimated with the resort. We had a wonderful stay and plan to revist when we can.

The spa was very relaxing and personal. I think we both looked 10 years younger after our spa and facia treatment. The staff, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Staff. But one person in particular. Hector was amazing! If anybody gets the meet Hector at the Havana lounge, you will not be disappointed! The live music at the Havana was also perfect!

Beautiful resort!! Customer Service is top tier, everyone is soooo kind. Resort was clean, well maintained. Every area was enjoyable, not over crowded. Great for anyone wanting a get away & not wanting to get stuck in large crowds.

NIXUC resort and spa has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere, wonderfully professional, and very friendly staff from the cleaning service to the Butler service to the dining service to the pool service. All around an absolutely welcoming, relaxing, and fantastic resort. Highly recommended.

The location is breathtaking. The property is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The service was above and beyond anything we’ve ever received at a hotel. We’d love to go back soon.

The property is beautiful and has many choices for dining food was excellent service was not par with 5 star as housekeeping missed two downturns beach was not enjoyable as you feel you are stepping on mud however the other adult beach was good but a lot of seaweed overall stay was good
