"Hotel was great, food perfect with pleasant amenities. The only bad things was: 1- Traditional check in system that takes 1 hour for each checking! 2- No air conditioning in elevators and dining area which cause very bad smell in the main restaurant! "

"This is our favorite resort in Cancun. We like the smaller resort feel especially when it comes to drinks and food. Our favorite is the coffee bar. There aren’t many others I have found in the area with a separate coffee bar with excellent coffee. Also, dinner at restaurants was always available and no need for reservations. Resort is Conveniently located if you want to visit other beaches via bus. Best staff as well. "

Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise from our balcony was unforgettable. The food was good. My Butler Yajahira treated me like a queen. she was truly the best. Every meal felt like a treat, and the staff made sure we always had what we needed. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers and great service at the swim-up bar. The beach area was just as perfect—powdery white sand and crystal-clear water. We also loved the nightly entertainment and activities throughout the day. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy at every turn.
