"This Hotel is amazing for families, if you are traveling with your kids, THIS is the place to go! food was very very good, lots of activities for kids, room was espacious and nice and clean. beach was beautiful. we LOVED IT!!"

"Great food, perfect location, staff had great attention to detail. Pools are clean, the entire property was very clean. beach view was fantastic. 5th Ave is a block away. "

"We are a hispanic couple and we noticed that some of the staff wasnt as nice as they were with the americans there. At Aroma restaurant my husband asked for a beer 3 times, never got it. We ended leaving that restaurant and going to another place, reservation for one of their restaurants we were unable as well, we were surprised that another couple that were white Americans and were on line behind us they were able to get in, they told us later at the dancing bar. They asked us how come you guys didnt get a table when they did. Besides that, not everyone was like that, there were also a lot of friendly and attentive staff that were incredible, but issues like the ones i mentioned did make me think if i would recommend it."

"Food was good depending on the restaurant you went to, the buffet had great option especially for lunch and breakfast. I would say the best was the room service along with the platinum amenities 100% worth the upgrade!"

"Everything was good and vey clean. The food was amazing we tried buffet. Drinks were 10 of 10. Staff very friendly especially Viridiana she did a great job on entertainment."

"We loved everything! The food was outstanding, but you should make reservations before the trip. The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the two hammocks on the balcony. We took advantage of the free classes- salsa dancing, watercolor, weaving, stretching. The whole property felt lush and tropical, and we had so much fun exploring down different pathways. Be sure to visit the chapel on top of the hill! The only thing that surprised us was how expensive the basic spa services were, so we skipped those but didn't miss them at all. We would go back!"
