La habitación impecable, el servicio del personal excelente, agradezco a la concierge Paulette por sus atenciones para la decoración de la habitación y todos detalles brindados para pasar un aniversario de bodas excelente.. Sin duda un excelente lugar. La comida, las actividades, el personal, todo perfecto… para pasar en pareja es maravilloso el hotel.

The only thing I truly enjoyed during my stay was the room service, the access to the pool from my room, the hibachi restaurant & the housekeeping service. Everything else was poor. The staff did not feel welcoming at all! I’ve been to many resorts and this is the first resort where I did not feel welcomed or wanted. Staff was not informative or welcoming. We were definitely not treated the same as other. The buffet food was not great either. Only employees that did feel welcoming were Israel from the front where he would greet us daily, Monica our chef from hibachi but was unfortunately treated poorly from her sous chef & other guest that embarrassed her in front of everyone. Our waiter Janette from the hibachi restaurant was also very lovely where we had a lovely conversation. Other than that I wouldn’t really recommend this place, the staff was very cold and unwelcoming.

The hotel is very good, the room is comfortable, and the food is excellent. There was a lack of activities and entertainment during the day and also at night. We became quite discouraged ☹️The beach in front of the hotel has many rocks, so it's difficult to swim.I want to thank Aurelio who did everything to make my daughter's 18th birthday celebration special.

Room was always clean and fresh. Beach towels replaced daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff bringing drinks were around continuously. Entertainment team was on point. Food was delicious. The beach is eroding, but nothing that the resort is responsible for. This was our second stay at this resort and we would definitely go back.

Overall, our stay was somewhat disappointing compared to other all-inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at before. The hotel facilities felt quite old, and the service was noticeably less warm and attentive than what we’ve experienced at other all-inclusive properties. There was only one restaurant that we truly enjoyed; the rest were below average. Breakfast options were very limited, with only one place available, so we ended up eating outside the hotel for the last few days. What was especially disappointing was the check-in experience. The front desk never informed us that we were allowed to visit and dine at the newer hotel next door. We only found this out on our last day through other guests, which felt like a missed opportunity to improve our stay. On the positive side, the room was very spacious, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and well maintained. Overall, while the room size and cleanliness were good, the outdated facilities, limited dining options, and lack of proactive service made this stay less enjoyable than expected.

The resort was clean and beautiful. It was picturesque and had great spots for photos. The staff were friendly and the welcome team were amazing. We opted for the swim out room and the view was cute. We went to two restaurants and the food was not good.

Cannot say enough about the staff at this resort. Everyone, from front desk, to bell boys, to cleaning staff, to servers…the most courteous, hardworking people. They made me feel welcome and safe.

The resort is a little run down. The food was okay. The staff was not overly friendly especially in the 2 visitor lobbys. They were not friendly at all when I had questions. I wondered if it was because I was solo. The spa and their staff were amazing!! The Steak house was really good and the staff was friendly, especially Karen. I am used to the service and food from the Riu Resorts, that I have stayed at. It felt as though the employees at the Yucatan Princess were not very happy. I will not be going back to this resort.

The room service was very poor. For four days, basic amenities such as shampoo, soap, napkins, towels, and beach towels were not replenished. Each day, we had to repeatedly follow up with housekeeping just to receive essentials like shampoo or towels. We also requested toothpaste through the concierge, but it was never delivered. At check-in, we were told beach bags would be provided in the room, but they were not. We reported these issues to the lobby multiple times, yet no action was taken.

Our room (junior suite) was very nice and housekeeping did a great job daily. The buffet was pretty good, some of the food items available each day were always over cooked but that is always a problem with buffets. Pools and swim up bars were very nice. Entertainment staff did a great job at main pool getting people excited and engaged. Didn’t care for the “men must wear long pants for dinner at restaurants” rule.

Overall, we had a great time here! The walls along the walk ways are dingy and stained with various colors. The amount of cups and debris along the side walks and stairways is an eyesore. A place of this scale should have grounds keepers walking around at all times, cleaning up garbage, wiping things down. The bathrooms near the beach never had toilet paper and smelt of sewer. Again, seems like something a grounds keeper could keep up with. The staff for the most part were pleasant to interact with. And others not so much! My friend and I booked separately, when she checked in she was given her room band and sent on her way, the gal seemed overwhelmed. The lady who checked me, spent several minutes talking about the amenities and shows they had that weekend. We would not have known about anything if we used the same check in lady. When making dinner reservations they scold you for standing in the wrong spot; there’s no specific instructions so when you approach a worker for assistance be ready to be yelled at! Everybody in line was shocked by the rudeness. The gals at the spa were incredible! Would definitely recommend booking with them. The bars are a hit or miss; I feel like they are serving cups of sugar more so than alcohol. Drink at the Plaza Bar if you want to actually enjoy a drink. And OMG be aware of the Coatimudi’s they are everywhere!! They will take the food right off your plate if you turn your back too long. They climb onto the tables at the beach!
