Definitely amenities - there was none in the room when we checked in. The Italian restaurant is very slow in delivering the food and both times we were there the food was lukewarm and not tasty. While the buffet has a large variety of food, the quality can be improved.

I been their 5 time in same hotel.. major issue always same Management and staff running the place, it’s all about making more money out of you, and service of the staff major issues, everything you ask from them takes forever.. It’s about what package you buy, you buy from Expedia .. they treat you definitely. We told them I been here more then 5 time in same hotel , you think they will treat us repeat customer with open alarm but No Hotel is good , I hope they can change the management they don’t even try to speak English properly..

Our day was wonderful due to fabulous dancers and the social entertainment team. They really were all such a highlight. So top-notch, fun, professional, and engaging. Special thanks to Wilbur, Laura, Valentina, Brandon, and Jair for bringing such fun and flair. They learned we were there for my friend’s birthday and they planned an over-the-top celebration for her. She loved it! The dancers at the nightly shows were wonderful. Carbi, Lori, Fernando, Lucy, Megan, Andryk, and Diego were all so engaging. They danced with us after and were friendly and so skilled and passionate dancers. The outdoor venue locations were also spectacular. The beach was truly outstanding, and I love the jungle retained in the location. Restaurants were really good as well. If there’s any room for improvement it would be to deal with the mustiness in some of the rooms- possibly mold. They kindly moved us after we asked.

Food quality was poor. Staff was good.Beach was excellent. Snack Bar was a constant disappointment with little or no food available at lunch. Buffet was very repetitive and food quality was not good. We did not know that could only book 3 restaurants during our entire visit. That was not communicated.

Our first 2 nights were in a room that was dirty, so humid the floors and bedding were constantly damp and the bath peeling, we asked to move and was told the hotel was full, the next morning we went back and said totally not happy, the couch was stained badly, we was on 2nd floor with a baby and no elevator and the general state of the room meant we was unhappy, again told they was full but could move us the next day, (our 3rd day). We moved, location was great, room was generally better and more modern and clean, then we got sick, between 2 adults we got extreme sickness and diarrhea 3 times, im pregnant too. We avoided fresh produce and ice for the rest of our stay, buffet food was nice 2 evenings out of our 9 nights and one night we ate at the Mexican restaurant which was nice. Then the drains in our bathroom started to smell and got so bad we dreaded entering the room as was always worse upon first entry. Guest services called the day before we left and asked how our stay was and when we attempted to tell them there wasn't an actual care and just informed us they would state once we moved rooms things improved. Entertainment is the same group of young adults day after day, nothing really cultural or authentic for Mexico. Having stayed in other resorts and having the best time, this hotel is a HARD NO. Reviews on this place helped us pick this hotel but we absolutely did not have the same experience the other reviews are putting out there.

Hotel is very overcrowded, constant long lines to all the bars. Staff is good. Room is ok, outdated and smelled. Food quality is below average compare to other resorts. Excellent kids club and entertainment in general.

Alla reception ci ha “accolto” per così dire una signorina maleducata di nome Fabiola. Oltre a non averci dato informazioni utili sul resort di alcun tipo, liquidandoci dicendo che era tutto nell’app, ha richiesto il pagamento totale al check-in. Per noi se avessimo potuto non sarebbe stato assolutamente un problema: abbiamo fatto un primo tentativo di 1000 dollari (avevamo il limite su una carta) ed è andato a buon fine. Siccome i soldi li avevamo caricati tutti li abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di aspettare il giorno dopo per terminare il pagamento, da quel momento in poi la cara Fabiola ha iniziato a trattarci come pezzenti e a dirci che a meno che non avessimo pagato tutto non saremmo entrate in stanza. Abbiamo fatto tentativi con altre carte ma la banca purtroppo segnalava le transazioni come sospette, essendo in Italia le 3 di sabato notte non avevamo nemmeno la possibilità di contattare aiuto. La signorina è rimasta 10 minuti a fissarci senza dire nulla se non guardarci male e abbiamo dovuto noi proporre la soluzione più logica (abbiamo fatto questo lavoro e sappiamo come funziona) lei non ci ha più rivolto parola finché un signore gentile di nome Adrian ha accettato la nostra soluzione. Ci ha fatto perdere anche la cena. Vergogna

Let me start off by saying we are members, we pay monthly to get VIP services on our trip when we travel. We purchased this back in 2024 & have had such a HORRIBLE time trying to book a trip because they never have rooms available. We booked this time via Expedia & when we arrived we asked if we could still get our VIP services. The front desk lady checking us in said no & we made a comment about cancelling our membership. She walked off to talk to the manager & told him that we are “supposedly members” and that we wanted vip services, which then he replied “well they can’t they can talk to vip services but they’ll tell them no” in a very condescending way. Besides this interaction with the annoying front desk people, the hotel was nice. Rooms were always clean, food was always good & the waiter service was over the top. Would stay here again but honestly, the front desk manager & check in lady was enough to not go back.
