「Hotel Cozumel is a great budget friendly resort but doesn’t feel budget friendly, the entire staff are amazing from the front desk to the servers to even the groundskeepers who work none stop to keep the resort looking great. 「We have stayed here several times through the years. Staff has always been excellent. Rooms need updating though. Food has improved tremendously. The pools, beach, & outdoors are worth the trip. Best snorkeling on the island by far & it’s right out front of the resort. We will return! 」
