Hotel B Unique has a pool that is not practical if you want to get some sun. The location is a selfie takers paradise, and I would say I saw more selfies per hour than any other hotel property I have ever visited... Hotel B has more realistic pool area and surrounding area, unfortunately the pool was stagnant with ZERO filtration...it gets kinda nasty. I did approach the pool person, he claimed to not understand english. Overall a beautiful location.

The hotel was spotless, and my spacious room was a delight. The cleaning staff, especially Lorenzo, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcome. The bartenders in the lobby and on the rooftop were equally friendly and attentive. However, our check-in experience was not pleasant. The check-in guy was rude and charged us the property's eco-cleaning fee. When we checked out, he conveniently forgot to note that we had already paid. I was already upset at check-in because I had made a mistake when I made the reservation and hadn’t included all-inclusive. When I called twice, a month apart, after booking to correct it, I was given a per-person price at check-in that was twice what I was told on the phone. I didn’t pay that extra amount because my kids are picky eaters, and I knew it would have been a waste of money. Another issue I had was with the all-inclusive bracelet. It made other staff members, like the pool bar staff, less friendly and less likely to acknowledge us (because we didn't have an all-inclusive bracelet). I tried to order snacks and ask about them several times, but after being ignored on the second day, I gave up. I was also disappointed that the hotel emailed me a week before my booking about renovations. I had booked in April and was told I had until August 3 to cancel. However, I received the email on the 5th, by which point the reservation was not allowed to be canceled. The front entrance was closed; we had to go in through the side.
