This was my 4th time to this resort and will be my last. They have let this property go. We were preferred, and there were no benefits other than being able to go to Dreams to eat. If it had t been for that we would have starved. The food at Secrets is awful. The preferred lounge was closed the entire time. The room smelled of sewage and was dirty. Many guest at the property complained. It’s very sad to see that this is the state or what could be a beautiful place to stay.
