「We arrived on 10/14/2026 with a group of 8. We got checked in and ALL of my money was in my wallet. We took our bags to our room and were in a hurry to get to the pool with our group. We did not unpack. We came back to the room to get ready for dinner and the show. We still did not unpack until after the show. While unpacking I found that ALL of our money had been taken from my wallet, over $1100. We went to the front desk and security came back to search the room. They did not find anything....

「We weren't told about the construction, the elevator to our room wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. The phone didn't work, the oom that we reserved had leaking a roof in the bathroom, we were locked inside the lobby elevator due to electricity issues. After waiting in the lobby for 4hrs and finally getting into our room, there was no running water. The food was not good and was served cold. We paid $100 for snorkeling photos and have not received them as of yet. This is our 3rd...

「Súper atención lo recomiendo mucho 」

「Well here is the thing, there were padlocks on the door , no staff , no tenants, the place was shut down and abandoned, we even had a gentleman from next door call the establishment with no answer and we called the number listed on expedia which said was no longer in service. This left myself and 3 fellow travelers to walk on the road with heavy traffic and all of our luggage to hail a taxi, 25 usd to take us to another resort. So....do not recommend.」

「El hotel muy bien cuidado, la playa super linda, todo el personal muy amable y servicial.」

「Great customer service and clean areas」

「The property was very functional without any frills but what made it nice was its magnificent view. Clara and Sofia were nice and helpful, making the stay immaculate. What took away our comfort was the gaps at the main door and the lack of insulation which might have shielded some of the noise from the road and critters from entering. A blanket was also not provided for the sofa bed and we never received one upon request. It is also strange that there is a window in the area of the shower in...

「Easy access from the ferry port and the park. Very good breakfast.」

「We stayed for 2 weeks. The view is amazing. The pool with sea view very enjoyable. The staff was amazing, always prompt to help with anything we needed. Only one mile away from the ferry and main downtown. The walking is easy and safe. We will be back next year.」
