"Resort was clean and most staff was friendly and helpful. Our maid was amazing. Food was lacking and the buffet was poorly stocked no matter what time we ate. "

"Don’t expect good customer service at this resort. Check in and restaurant reservations are very unorganized. People jumping in front of others that have been waiting. DO NOT RESERVE THE ROMANTIC DINNER ON THE BEACH! It was a disaster. During our dinner the Lights shut off (then we were attacked by swarms of bugs in our food) and we had to finish it in the restaurant. It was suppose to be romantic and just us but we finished with others and subjected to crying babies and cold lobster and steak. Resort didn’t offer anything or even a discount. IT WAS A DISASTER! Fan and AC in the room did not work. I would not recommend this resort. "

"Rooms were as clean as they could get but need to be upgraded. Chips in tile , stains in furniture & curtains."

"Had a wonderful time! The only thing we had trouble with was the hot tub only worked for 2 of the days we were there. It got kind of cooler and cloudy the last two when we really needed it but other than that fantastic property and would definitely stay there again. I do recommend a car though as it is far from restaurants except for the fabulous taco place right outside the gates!!"

"The unit was very lovely with plenty of space and a large balcony for dining and relaxing. It looked even nicer than in the photos and was incredibly well-stocked. The property was beautifully maintained. We loved having a beach right on the property. We rented a car, which made the location work for us as it is definitely a drive to get to restaurants and shopping. "

"Matthew’s place was fantastic! It wasn’t squeaky-clean when we arrived, but we are kind of neat freaks! The bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed to cook, and the bowl of goodies upon arrival was a welcome surprise! "
