"I have been to the Riu chain resorts all over and this is hands-down one of my favorites. First of all the hotel itself is gorgeous, and it is frequently cleaned and maintained to the highest of standards. The entire staff is delightful, ranging from those that work in the front lobby to bartenders to waiters. They have remembered me and my specific drink or food orders every time I come back and they are super friendly. I’ve been there twice and I’m already looking forward to booking my third trip this summer. It’s one of the best experiences I’ve had and I really appreciate all the employees there who made my trip magical!"
