「The place was exactly what we were looking for」

「The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious.It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great .」

「The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential. 」

「This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did...

「While the hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and accommodating, the house was really not up to par for what was advertised. It was a gorgeous location, much closer to the beautiful beach than we anticipated (across the street, two houses down), and on a safe and secluded street with security.But the actual house needed a ton of work. 「The design of the house is beautiful, however not functional for a group of 10 because of the bathrooms. There are 2 en suite bathrooms and another single bathroom for all others to share. It ended up being 6 of us trying to share a single bathroom. We thought we could share the en suite bathrooms but it wasn't easy if someone was in the room, the door was closed, or during bedtime.
