「We arrived and the property was exactly like the pictures. We had one issue with an empty gas tank and did not have hot water for our first morning but the response to resolve the issues was exceptional. My family enjoyed the property.」

「I had to rent 4 properties in this area and they were all excellent 5 star ratings but this property stood out. It was the best of all 4 properties. Management was great to deal with. I was a little worried because this was my first time using VRBO and they were pretty patient with me navigating through the process.」

「Door to the bedroom downstairs that has a jacuzzy outside of it does not lock at ll. Need to fix, it was like that when we arrived. The karaoke machine has no microphones. Front door lock code, sometimes it works other times malfunctions. None of the jacuzzi's were hot enough for a jacuzzi. Other than that, the house is beautiful. We recommend it. Discrepancies are minor. Pretty safe place even with bad door.. Thank you.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is fabulous and the decor, charming. It’s 1 block from a beautiful beach in one direction and another block away from 5th street, which is a car free zone filled with shops, restaurants and night clubs. Everything is at your fingertips. The condo was clean, private and cozy and Terri and Dana were very easy to reach and super accommodating. The condo is 2 levels, with your own private hot tub. The neighbourhood is filled with coffee shops, convenience...

「We enjoyed being able to stay with our large group of friends. The house is nice and big and provides plenty of space. The pool was fantastic! The private beach is beautiful. It would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs available for guests to take to the beach with them. The house was nice and clean and we had a wonderful time! 」

「Villa Mayan Breeze was such a great experience for boys trip. There were 13 of us. The loungers and the vibe outside by the pool were immaculate and a short 2 min walk away from beach. Would recommend 10/10.」
