The food and service at the restaurants was great! Service was good although it was very difficult to set up reservations for the restaurants, they kept telling us to come back to set up reservations. One of the days we stayed, there were not even open spaces for any of the restaurants. The pool was great, I guess that makes up for not having a beach( the beach water and the smell in the hotel was horrible). Housekeeping only cleaned our room once, even though I asked to be cleaned a couple of times during our stay, they said they would come back to clean it, but they did not return.

This is the best resort ever, everybody is so friendly and helpful. Wanting to give a big shout out to one of the playmakers, Daniel, he is awesome and friendly and made the stay much better. We had a little bit too much to drink and him along with a couple of his co-workers got us back up to the room safely. I ended up cutting my foot and Daniel and one of the other guys for the medical staff bandaged me right up. And then there was also Jesús the doorman that was awesome as well and very helpful. Absolutely cannot wait to come back to this hotel. If there was anything at all that I could say I didn't really care for it would be that the people in the main area are a little pushy with the sales pitch and I felt myself going different directions to try to avoid the awkwardness quite a few times.

Este hotel nos salvo la vida despues de una mala experiencia en el hotel del lado de la misma cadena (krystal cancun) yo si le aŉadiria mas opciones al buffet y a las bebidas alcoholicas...despues de las 11pm no hay nada q hacer y solo roomservice disponible, la atencion muy buena,limpio y el area de playa y piscina muy buena,micho sonido en ls habitaciones es lo malo y el aire acondicio ado muy pobre

20 minutes south of Playa del Carmen by car. This is by far the best beach we found. Beautiful white sand, chill vibe, a couple of small hotels and restaurants, and plenty of empty beach space. Amazing spot!!
