"Do no stay at this hotel. My reservation thru Expedia was not honored something about didferent mgt. now I’m fighting with Expedia to get my money back. Please do not believe pictures on site. This place is a joke. No spa no room service, one restaurant only open from 8-11 in morning. Place is old, had a broken toilet"

"We loved our stay here. The accommodations, grounds and staff were great, and the private beach was amazing. Because the shoreline faces south, we enjoyed watching spectacular sunsets from the beach every evening. That orientation also seems to protect the beach from being overwhelmed with seaweed, which can be a problem elsewhere. "We came to Tulum for my daughter’s 20th birthday and we had a great time! The lighting was beautiful and dim when we arrived but we prefer brighter lights so we asked the host and he came and changed the light bulbs for us so that it would be brighter. Whenever we needed anything he was very prompt with great recommendations for everything. I would highly recommend!"

"I loved this place, however it would be best if they could offer at least basic coffee in the morning so we don't have to wait until we go out to have coffee. Also, they could add a jacuzzi for the ones that loves relaxing on the jacuzzi like I do even when is very hot"

"reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice"
