The property was unique and beautiful surrounded by nature felt refresh daily. The staff was amazing and kind. However, the food was not the best I would only recommend staying within the limit of breakfast that was included as the food doesn’t have much flavor. What I did not like was the private pool were extremely cold. The expectation was the pool to be at least a regular shower temperature throughout the day but it was extremely cold at all hour of the day. If you experience cold plunge before that is the temperature of the private pool. There must be an alternative of heated option for these pools.

Fantastic boutique hotel in Tulum. EASY! fantastic staff and a complete no stress vacation. Food was great. and the cabins were awesome. Note. each room has a ‘dipping’ pool. Some are heated. If you want that hot tub, man sure that is what you book.

This hotel is for adults who want to relax and appreciate nature, and it is the most beautifully designed hotel I have ever been in! Every detail from the soap holders to the dishware is gorgeous and gives a very witchy-jungle vibe which I had never seen before. It is moody and lush and really draws you in to the jungle atmosphere. The cabins are spacious with outdoor showers, plunge pools, and cabins for you to relax in when you don’t want to be around people. The main pool had plenty of comfy seating and the water was cool and clear and did not smell of salt water or chlorine. The staff were very helpful in arranging a kettle and creamer for coffee, storing our bags before check in, and helping arrange airport transportation. They made everything flow smoothly which as a former backpacker/extreme budget traveler I was not used to but makes the trip feel so much more enjoyable. They play some light relaxing music that is not too loud and the restaurant and bar are open until 9 pm which was great for a late night snack. The food was all delicious, but make sure to ask for the hot sauce because they tone down the spice for guests and if you like spice like us then you will want to add some. Highly recommend the vanilla ice cream and goat cheesecake! I wish we had booked more days, two nights was not enough because the hotel is an experience in itself. Shout out to the interior designs of this place!!

I had an incredible stay. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm and thoughtfully curated, perfect for disconnecting from everything. The room was full of beautiful details, the bed was very comfortable, and the service was always attentive without being intrusive. I especially loved the wellness experiences, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day in a relaxed mood. I would definitely return if you are looking for something more intimate and special in Tulum. Temazcal is a must.

The rooms were excellent and spotless. The pool in the villa and main pool were incredible. The path to the villas was breathless and definitely recommend this hotel just know you are not close the breach but rather the town and there is a coffee shop named Aroma Café 5 minutes walking which was amazing.

generally, the hotel was nice. The staff were fantastic.. when we had an issue in our room with the bathroom it was fixed immediately. As you have several hotels, I would’ve thought you would run a shuttle between the hotels so we can access the other restaurants easily.. we did make our way over to the other restaurant and the food was spectacular. Unfortunately, the hotel is not set up for wet weather. There’s a lot of water in the fitness area and when I turned up in the morning someone was using the area even though the floor was all wet. The Pilates class started late because the instructor had to ask the hotel to come and clean and dry the floor.. I expected the hotel to be making sure this area was dry prior to use of Pilates as it was a general use area for fitness for all guests. However the room was beautiful and staff super friendly.

I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was great. The staff was always kind and helpful. The facility was always clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was always clean when we returned from our activities and smelled so good. We always felt safe and they had staff on duty all night monitoring the facility. The restaurant had the best food we ate on our whole trip. It was absolutely delicious and the waiter was fantastic. There is not one thing I can say negative. This place is top quality.

Our experience at Hotel Bardo was amazing!! The decor and vibe are so cool, the food was delicious, its quiet and chill. The rooms are fantastic, spacious, gorgeous. I would totally go back! Guadalupe was also amazing, helping us plan our excursions! And our spa treatments were wonderful!!
