Thank you Del Sol for a wonderful week in Akumal!! The secret rooftop patio and updated kitchen and bathroom were great surprises in this large and well appointed suite. (PS you should tell the world through updated pictures). La Buena Vida is a special place, where else can you walk along the beach to great food and a million dollar view. Akumal is a quiet beachside retreat for those looking for a non-resort vibe with all that Mexico has to offer.

The ocean was right out our garden doors beautiful views and few close restaurants ,lighting very poor at the door of condo we arrived at night and had a difficult time trying to fine our condo. Another couple were also lost and confused . Price was great need more information in the condo about the area and we’re to eat and how to get rides.

I liked property. Suggestions for those who do not have a car, good to have golf carts to rent so can shop in town. Groceries can be heavy. Hotel room a bit too small . No dressers. A comfortable chair and table would be good but room too small. We were fine but felt crowded, we like the patio too.
