The Grand Palladium was an amazing and unique experience. Service was fast and everything was clean. Staff were very friendly and inviting as well. A great big thank you to Erick and the others for making our stay a memorable one!

The overall stay was great. we enjoyed the white sand pool area, best restaurant was Bahia e Brasa and preferred the buffet at La Colonial area. We upgraded to the suite with the separate living area and this was definitely worth it. Having a separate area to lounge apart from the bedroom felt more comfortable. As Expedia VIP, our concierge was very helpful - thank you Erick. On our second day I realized it was the pillows that were giving me an allergic reaction and he was very prompt in arranging a replacement pillow. We would return to White Sands Palladium.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful and HUGE! I loved that staying at White Sand gave me access to three different hotels on the property, which made the resort feel like there was always something new to explore. There were so many beautiful areas to walk around, relax, eat, and enjoy.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Grand Palladium White Sand! We had an amazing time, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Erick, our concierge! His customer service skills were a 10/10. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and very quick to respond whenever we needed anything. He definitely went above and beyond to make our stay even better.
