The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, it is calm and peaceful, the rooms are stunning, very clean, and can't forget the staff too! - they are all so welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful. We ended up staying for dinner and breakfast way more times than expected because we loved the vibes, the service and the food so so much!! Perfect hotel if you ask me! Thank you Tago! 」

「綺麗なお部屋でした。湿度が高くてドライにしましたがなかなか快適とはならず2泊しましたが帰る頃にやっと体感的に良くなってきました。廊下にウォーターサーバーがおいてあるのですがコンセントがさされてなく、お湯が出ずフロントのサーバーまでお湯を入れにいくことに。暑いエリアなのでお湯が必要ないのかもと考えるのかもしれないですが必要であると思います。」

「I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was great. The staff was always kind and helpful. The facility was always clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was always clean when we returned from our activities and smelled so good. We always felt safe and they had staff on duty all night monitoring the facility. The restaurant had the best food we ate on our whole trip. It was absolutely delicious and the waiter was fantastic. There is not one thing I can say negative....

「Honestly, I don’t recomend this hotel someone searching for a comfortable hotel. Because the room is not so much confortable, just work as the room or lodge with weak shower or wind blow into.. But at least, the housekeepers are working well to have us stay as happy as possible. So I’d like strongly to do to those who want to enjoy the beach inside national reserve park of Tulum. First of all, the beach is magnificent with a few people; so you can enjoy private beach. Second, you can enjoy...
