Room was fine. Wait staff was great. Amenities were excellent. Service upon arrival was lackluster. Had to remind them of the various Expedia perks. Didn’t get the coupon book until about 3 days into a 6 day stay. Friends who recommended were also there. Their concierge was thoughtful and enhanced their stay. Made the best of it but there was a lack of attention to detail.

The room was fine. The staff was amazing, very kind. The food was so/so. I love Mexican food and find it very disappointing when you can’t get Mexican food other than room service. The room service tacos were amazing.

Beautiful resort, nicest staff ever! Butler service excellent. Food was delicious in all restaurants, breakfast lunch and dinner a la carte. All drinks high end

Overall, the resort is very beautiful and the staff is great. Everyone I dealt with was super kind, smiling and tried to do everything they could to help you. The style of the resort is the way I like, which is more wide-spread as opposed to very dense. There is good variety in the food, but overall the food quality was disappointing for it being a 5-star resort. I only enjoyed one dinner at the French restaurant and the Argentinian (steakhouse) was decent, although everything was lukewarm, at best. The bang for your buck is pretty good.

When we got there, upon checking in they offered a VIP upgrade for 100$ a night saying all these benefits that comes with it and we agreed on it, it wasnt what was promised, asking for extra charge for titos vodka or redbull when the benefit says premium drinks should be included, so i wont suggest the upgrade. The breakfast food was the same every day so it got boring after a few days. Last year we stayed with them and they had music by the infinity pool. This time they didnt have music just one day of dj and for being a holiday time it felt a little boring. Needless to say we wont be coming back.

100% satisfied at TRS Yucatan. It is a very nice all inclusive resort. We enjoyed lots of restaurant options there. Our favorite was Helios for every meal: breakfast, lunch and dinner. TRS Yucatan has great teams! I want to mention team members who were above & beyond! Gabriela at Helios&Capricho receptions - she remembered my allergy whenever she saw us at restaurants. Martha at Helios for breakfast&lunch - she remembered what we had from our first day! George at Capricho for dinner Antonio at La Bohem for dinner Erik at lobby help us check in smoothly David at Sport center who was our archery&rifle teacher. I highly recommend both archery and rifle classes. We had such a great time! Mafer&Maykent who were our butlers are the MVP! We could enjoy every moment with their help. Last but not least, the bell boy team. I wish I memorized their names but everyone was amazing. I truly appreciate everyone we met at TRS Yucatan for their professionalism, kindness, and caring.

Overall, vibe is decent. Service is okay. Variety is also okay. We had to ask for things multiple times to get responses. Decent place overall. Pricey though for its vices

We were coming to celebrate anniversary and Christmas, first time away from kids. A few times prior to arrival I emailed butler asking to help us make reservation as we didn’t want to end up with poor options for Christmas and anniversary. Butler kept emailing that we have to do it after we arrive. We arrived and were taken to check in. At check in we asked to make us all 5 dinner reservations but they said they could not help and told us again we ca only ask butler. They agreed to make reservation for arrival night at La Bogeme. Our room was not ready until 4pm even though our booking states check in is at 3pm. We arrived at 3:30pm absolutely hungry and there was only one buffet open and it was old cold food. It looked so unappetizing that we ended up eating leftovers we brought from food we packed for the flight. At 4pm we went to check in into our suite. They decorated the bed with rose petals. It was nice but we immediately noticed big stains on sheets all over and then immediately saw pillow cases had black stains also. Sheets looked unwashed from a previous stay. Romantic feel went out the window and we were told we will get another room but in 3h. We couldn’t take a shower or rest so we stayed in lobby and eventually went to dinner. We arrive and they couldn’t find our reservation and said they can’t accommodate us. It was embarrassing as there was a big line and they kept saying we didn’t have a reservation when we know front desk made one. We left to front desk

Room was always cleaned, staff was amazing, amenities on the adults only side was unmatched. The butlers were always available but not bothering us during our stay.

We stayed for our honeymoon, first time going to an all inclusive and it was perfect. Helios breakfast & lunch was our go to everyday. Our waiter Alejandro for chic cabaret and bingo was AMAZING. Our butlers in villa 69, Itzel & Moses were also wonderful. And all the bartenders were amazing as well.

An Amazing and Truly Pleasant Stay at TRS Yucatán Our stay at the TRS Yucatán Hotel was absolutely amazing and one of the most pleasant vacations we have ever had. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The Expedia representative Fernanda García Pichardo who helped us with the booking did a wonderful job making the entire process smooth and easy, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our time at this incredible resort. Thanks to her incredible efforts, we truly experienced the stay of a lifetime. Everything was smooth, stress-free, and beautifully organized—from the booking to our arrival and throughout our stay. The TRS Yucatán is an amazing property, and she made sure we were able to enjoy it to the fullest without worrying about a single thing. The hotel itself is outstanding. The food was excellent with so many delicious options, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and high quality. The service throughout the resort was truly unbelievable—staff members were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The beach was absolutely beautiful: clean, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The overall atmosphere of the resort was luxurious yet comfortable, making it easy to unwind and feel completely taken care of. This was truly a memorable experience, and we are so grateful for such a smooth booking process and such an exceptional hotel.
