"We had a delightful stay at this cottage and recommend it highly. It was clean, quiet and ideally located within walking distance from the public Akumal Beach and near the nice restaurant, Jungle Beach Club. Jacob was a lovely host and the property manager was always available and answered every request with "si!"We spent time lounging and eating on the lanai, swimming, kayaking, snorkeling. We had a small child so the small protected cove with wading pools and sea creatures provided lots of entertainment. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Casa Cascadas was fantastic! It comfortably slept our party of 8 people and was everything we could have hoped. Armando and Andrea were wonderful, kept the place clean, and made delicious meals. Property manager Rhett was also very helpful and directed us to some local sweet spots. Oh, and the view was great too!"

"Over all experience was horrible, from cleanliness to not enough shampoo, toilet paper, lots of things not working and staff was not friendly and really no need to be there as they did nothing but stay in the kitchen and chat. "

"We were eight adults and three children under four years old. This stunning property gave every couple a bedroom facing the ocean with their own bathroom. The whole rental was thought out well with fans, air conditioning, beach towels, etc. there is no beach in front of the unit but we knew that going in. The pool at the back was the hit for the children and adults. Temperatures were a constant 30 average. I can’t say enough about the caretakers Hugo and Eunice. Their dedication and care were heartfelt. They cut up fruit and set the table every morning and tidied up the bedrooms and living area every day. Little did we know that HUGO is a chef so we hired him for many meals. We started asking him to surprise us with Mexican meals and he did not fail. He surpassed all expectations and provided restaurant quality meals.We gave it a four star because the VRBO furniture is looking a little old, like the kitchen table, appliances. The VRBO contact form letter was excellent to advise on things, but when I tried to reach the people they listed i I didn’t get a response back. I ended up speaking with the concierge David, who was excellent, the Vrbo team and HUGO and got all my needs met. I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you again HUGO and Eunice for making our stay so memorable. "
