"My family just returned from a 5 day stay at this hotel and we could not have been happier- the property is modern and is beautifully decorated as well as very clean in all areas. The staff is lovely and highly attentive to its guests, making us feel pampered and cared for. The concierge staff (special thanks to Juan) went out of their way to get us the best dinner times and restaurants as the restaurants were quite crowded due to spring break. The pools are massive and never felt crowded, the food was delicious in the buffets and specialty restaurants and the room was cleaned well each day. We loved seeing the adorable monkeys and other animals too! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! "

"This was a fantastic unit. We had everything we needed. Great walk to a little grocery store, great places to eat and have coffee. The staff and host are wonderful. We will consider staying here again. "

"Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. "

"The view from this condo is absolutely beautiful!! And the cleanliness was outstanding! Unfortunately, storms have caused serious beach erosion so there really was no beach & the sargassum was so bad that you couldnt swim for several days. However, there are several cenotes nearby to swim in. We did have problems with the internet, which seemed better after the technician showed up. Unfortunately, the property manager was not all that helpful, & some of the condo owners seemed off put by "Renters" which was unfortunate. The restaurant downstairs was excellent as was La Buena Vida. This is a very small, safe town & the locals are lovely. Breakfast across the street was great, but the cinnamon rolls at Que Onda Deli, just up the road, were to die for! We really enjoyed walking around the town & made time to visit the ruins in Tulum. The breeze theough Cherri's condo was awesome & the A/C in the bedroom worked great. We don't mind stairs, but this unit is on the 3rd floor, so if stairs are a problem, you may need to look elsewhere. The kitchen was well equipped & the rust on the stove is a testament to what life is like when you live in a tropical paradise!! When the wind changed & the sargassum somewhat subsided, the little bay was BEAUTIFUL & we played in the water as much as possibke!! Enjoy!"

"It was exactly as described. The place was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the little town. My only complaint was all the seaweed. It was in large piles all over the beach which made the beach in front of the place pretty useless. "

"As advertised, modern condo steps from beach.The condo and area exceeded our expectations. It's situated in a safe gated beachfront community between Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and Tulum which are all 30 minutes or less by car and ferry in Cozumel's case. It has good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Property staff and host Susana are very responsive and helpful. Very relaxing and fun, we had a great time. "Location and views are amazing!Daily maid service a plus!AC in bedroom only, would have been nice to have another unit in the living area.Up dating is needed throughout, patio furniture need cusions for a more comfortable time spent on the patio."

"Not outstanding, just a fair place to stay. A 2 bed 2 bath condo is about the same price as this one bed, one bath suite after all the fees and taxes are added to the final cost. Unable to negotiate price per night with owner. Bed very comfortable, toilet needs fixed, maid service was excellent, kitchen offered the bare minimum utensils for making meals. Plan to eat out because of this. Refrigerator makes constant noise. Coffee pot had to be “programmed “ in order to brew. Confusing to us so we went across the street to Jungle cafe for our coffee one morning. No lounge chairs around the pool area. Just chairs. Loungers are on the sand. Beach is not wide and is somewhat rocky. Lots of sargassum washed up onto the beach. There was zero removal In front of our condominium. Other Condos had a clean up crew. Restaurant below condo was noisy one night during our 10 day stay. We do not plan to book this place again. "
