"Upon arriving for our honeymoon, we were upgraded to the swim up privilege room (we were already booked for privilege, it’s the best way to go there— more options available to you). It was beautiful, the staff were wonderful! We had Adrian and Alan for our butlers and they exceeded our expectations! Always checking in to see if anything is needed and always happy. We would definitely go back! "

"Well kept. Very good overall. However, the front desk check in is not efficient. Take way too long. Similar experience in June stay. For example, the clearing crew should update completion on a computer, so front desk staff does not have to call. These inefficiencies are due to lack of good management and effective software. "
