Overall a good place, but if you're tall like me you may find yourself hitting your head a fair bit Included breakfast is good and the onsens are a nice addition, but the rooms themselves are a bit barebones and dont come standard with fullsize towels. If a ryokan is your thing, its great

Unfortunately, our stay here fell short of expectations. Our room had a persistent odor reminiscent of dirty diapers, and despite our efforts to mask it with air freshener, the smell lingered throughout our visit. Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group.
