「The staff was very nice, but lack communication skills on how the resort works for first time visitors to an all inclusive resort. Example… 1. We paid extra for the concierge/butler service and never meet one of them. 2. Still couldn’t get a reservation to a restaurant until our last night til 9:00 pm.
