「Food is amazing. Even near max capacity the grounds are spread out and you never feel like there is to little space. Only complaint I had was our room had an order of mildew but it was extremely clean. I think it is difficult for the AC to deal with the humidity. 」

「The resort was great also was the staff,the maid service was excellent. Now unfortunately the bad news, the Italian restaurant was the best of all, Loli was terrible, great service but lously food. Drinks were just OK but being free I guess you can't complain. The buffet restaurant items looked good but lacked flavor. Breakfast buffet was alright and the person making omlettes was good. I'll give a nine on the resort, but only a five on the food.」

「Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. Louis and Anel from the rooftop bar were the best part of our stay. These two always went above and beyond in accommodating us. Most importantly they treated us like friends and really made us enjoy being in the hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, budget friendly with some amenities, this is a great option. Really wish they had some sort of laundry options, as that screwed us up after the beach.」

「We truly enjoyed our vacation at Catalonia Royal Tulum. Great price. Overall beautiful resort. Smaller than some of the other resorts we have been too but we loved how close everything was. Pool and beach was absolutely beautiful. The water is clear and so blue. Staff were responsive, helpful, sweet, and treated you like family. Food was a 7 out of 10. We loved the food at the Grill, Bloved, Toscana and Rauxa restaurants. The buffet was ok. The things we were less impressed with were the drinks...

「This is definitely a resort for relaxing . I wish they had more entertainment for adults and just overall things to do on the resort . But everyone was helpful, place was clean and beautiful. The food was decent ,I would say they need more Vegan options but overall I enjoyed my stay. 」
