From the time you step into the front door you feel super welcomed. The entire staff was super friendly. The food at all the restaurants were delicious. Beautiful views!!! Definitely coming back with my entire family!

Beautiful resort with a plenty to do. Staff was great, everything was clean and well maintained. The beach is awesome with plenty of chairs in the shade. While there are tons of food options, it seems it's the same options each night. Also wished room service was available for everyone and not only Elite members.

We had an oceanfront room on the fourth floor elevator doesn’t work and hasn’t in the 10 years we’ve been going there. No reservations for the special restaurant for dinner which is a huge plus. Did a special restaurant all 10 of our nights without any reservations. The new Indian restaurant was great we have never had Indian food and our server Gloria was super friendly and helpful! She suggested items and brought us a sampling of appetizers

The Ocean View rooms have no WiFi access or data access. All three phone were in Satellite mode unless you were on the balcony. Our party in the other rooms by the ocean experienced the same. We were dead to the world unless we were outside of our rooms. The ocean view rooms have a great view, obviously, but the rooms themselves were motel-esque. The staff was 12/10 excellent.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. The shows they provied for entertainment is one of the best ive seen. Their is plenty of food options( I recomend mexican night). The stage they have and entertainment they provide is wonderful. The staff is friendly, anyone who passes you greets you. If you get a room at the far right entrance you have to wait for the trans to take you, but be mindful that they say the trans starts service at 7 and they dont. Just in case you have to rush for a tour in the morning. I think they did not expect to have alot of tourist and they were under staffed. The waiters at the restaurants took along time to attend to us and never came back for more drinks. Overall its a good experiance ,

We traveled during the month of May as a family of 5 people ( 2 adults and 3 kids age 15, 12, and 9) Let me start by saying the food variety is amazing, ocean is beautiful and staff is super friendly. Ladies on the beach( Claudia and Monse) tend to provide nice entertainment. I highly recommend this resort.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the big shady area (palm trees)at the beach. The buffet is huge and the food is really good. The “coffee shop” has good iced coffees. The Italian and the Indian restaurants are delicious!! We loved that the resort was covered with beautiful trees and bushes. Great resort!!!!!
