We really enjoyed our suite, and the private pool for adults only. The grounds are beautifully well kept. Great job! As a server and a bartender/bar manager, I felt bad for the servers at most of the “restaurants”. They seemed very busy and stressed out-which leads to an awkward dining experience for the guests. Perhaps they need more help on the floor. One thing we noticed was the lighting in some of these restaurants was so bright it felt like a cafeteria. Takes away from what could be a more pleasant experience-especially a romantic one. Hugo at the pool bar in the VIP area was the best!! Overall, we would most likely return.

The property and staff are amazing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for an all in one all inclusive resort. The only thing that I could say is the food wasn’t phenomenal, whether we ate in one of their exclusive restaurants or the buffet. The food was kind of lacking, however that may just be me since I’m use to southern food from Louisiana with a lot of flavor. All in all do yourself a favor and visit this amazing resort. It’s is truly breathtaking and the staff is very inviting and friendly. I do have a couple recommendations though… get yourself a swim up room, it’s worth it. Oh, and pace yourself with the yummy drinks they have to offer, they catch up quickly and hit you all at once!!! lol Also, if the vip access is available get it.

I recently stayed at the Grand Riviera Princess Hotel in Mexico and had a generally positive experience with a few notable caveats. Firstly, the service at the hotel is excellent. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests, which really enhanced our stay. The hotel itself is well-maintained and very clean, providing a comfortable environment for guests. One of the standout features of the hotel is the wide range of activities available, particularly for families and kids. There are plenty of entertainment options and amenities that keep everyone engaged and happy, which is a big plus for those traveling with children. However, the food quality, especially at the buffet, left something to be desired. Some of the food items were not as fresh as expected, which was a disappointment. The à la carte restaurants were better, but overall, the dining experience didn't meet the high standards set by other aspects of the hotel. In summary, while the Grand Riviera Princess Hotel is a good place to stay with great service, cleanliness, and plenty of activities, the food quality at the buffet could use some improvement. It's a nice destination, but there's nothing particularly compelling to make it a must-return destination.

The property was need to be updated, the chairs in my room was dirty. the staff was rude and keep trying to get money from me for a vacation that I paid for in advance all inclusive. I felt like I was driving up to prison when I first arrived. fences with bob wire. the pool water was hot nasty. no place to cool off accept for the beach water. the food was disgusting. This was nothing like what was advertised online. SORRY I WASTED MY MONEY!
