Seeing wildlife around the property was a plesant surprise. A shout out to the conceirge team and the ladies on the omlette making team - Always checking in and taking the best care of us! The variety of the food and restaurants was unbelievable. Great tasting too. Grand Sirens made our holiday an unforgetable one. Highly recommend this hotel and will sure to return. Thank you!"

"We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Family Selection. Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was outstanding with plenty of great options for the whole family. We’ve been to Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different resorts, and this was by far our favorite. It’s truly family-oriented and made for a relaxing, memorable vacation."

"Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous "
