「We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!」

「We are a pretty low maintenance family. Not a lot of requirements but this hotel really was odd. We have been to lots of resorts in the Riviera Maya region and our experience has always been super pleasant. People are usually super kind and customer service is abundant. That was not the case here. People seemed annoyed to be working here. Our ac was broken on day 1 and we were told it was a water issue with the property and would be fixed by midnight. It did get slightly better but still very...

「Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.」
