「I would absolutely stay in this place again」

「Do NOT go here!!!! It is closed!!!! They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night. They have a party for local clubbers and give them free waters and drinks but...

「L'hôtel est magnifique, le service est top, le menage des chambres est parfait. Rien à dire à ce niveau là. La serrure pour ouvrir la chambre est un cauchemar. Le SPA est hors de prix. À Miami, les prix sont plus accessibles!! A part ça, tout était très bien. Nous retournerons à cet Hôtel la prochaine fois.」

「I had a superb winter avoidance break at Bahia Principe. The pre booked transfer with Amstar worked perfectly both ways - just over an hour from Cancun. I opted for the shared transport but was the only passenger on both trips! Really good and competent drivers - if you’re unfamiliar with the locality this is a much better option than renting a car for yourself! The room was fabulous, stocked minibar replenished daily, comfortable bed, clean and spacious shower room, small balcony to relax on...

「There wasn’t much to do at this resort, very limited. There also was a long delay in getting maintenance to fix things like the toilet and bring toilet tissue. No one speaks English which makes it more difficult.」

「Frank was very nice and professional! He helped us on everything we needed! And all of the staff over all were amazing! They keep the property clean, smells good and food was amazing! They cleaned my room every day! The property is closed to everything you need restaurants, beach, cenotes, groceries and gas stations. Thank you to Frank and all the staff for making my Stay wonderful and welcoming!」
