A Perfect short getaway for our family. Upon arriving at the hotel we were received with the most amazing staff. Our concierge Erik Medina and his co-workers took exceptional care of all our needs. Stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff (Eric and Dario) was extremely nice!!! They were really helpful, patient, and informative. I went in the middle of July, so it was really hot and humid. However, most areas except the lobby and sports bar have air conditioning. I totally recommend this resort for a chill and adventurous vacation.

The best thing about the property besides the beautiful grounds and amenities was the people. We were amazed by the top notch service and attention. We aren’t resort members but you wouldn’t know that by the great attention we received from Karen, Marlen, Edgar, Erik and Juan. We can’t wait to visit again! The seaweed issue was a bit of a disappointment but there was so much to do and see in the area. We had the best vacation!
