This place is horrible from the food to the service... They changed me a 350 dollars for a dual message that we never got and they said we were a no show. At checkout they we're trying to hold us there until that charge was paid.. Which we did because we had to catch a flight.. I wiill be disputing this

From the moment we walked into the reception area we were treated like royalty. From a hydro spa treatment on the house to Adan that took care of our every need every day. We were pampered with dinner and cocktails at a different restaurant each night, with Carnal being absolutely fantastic!! The food was exceptional and variety plenty. Multiple pool areas to relax in. The resort was clean with staff continuously trying to make every moment memorable. Adan was truly amazing and planned our evenings to perfection. This was truly an amazing resort and an incredible experience!

We had the most amazing time celebrating my husband's 38th!! We had many dining options and tons of entertainment through out the resort including a foam party, pool games and fire dancers as well as SO MUCH love music. We were able to easily book activities and we were welcomed by all the staff. Thank you to Adam for setting us up for success and to all the concierges. This was my boyfriend and I’s first time in Mexico and we couldn’t recommend Grand Sirenis enough. Our room (ocean view) and the resort, were always clean. The spa was lovely (we actually got a free 1hr hydrotherapy session from booking with Expedia, which was so relaxing) and, the food and restaurants were great (our favourites were Pueblito Lindo, Butchers and Oishii Teppanyaki). The staff were extremely welcoming, kind, informative and helpful. They were always checking in on us about our room, how our stay was and if we’ve booked any restaurants or have done any excursions. A few main people we would like to give a special shout out to is Edgar, Erik, Omar and our waiter from The Park buffet, Marcelino. We wanted to thank them and all the staff for making our experience so incredibly special and memorable. We hope to be back in the future!
