「This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. 「Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

「Honestly, I don’t recomend this hotel someone searching for a comfortable hotel. Because the room is not so much confortable, just work as the room or lodge with weak shower or wind blow into.. But at least, the housekeepers are working well to have us stay as happy as possible. So I’d like strongly to do to those who want to enjoy the beach inside national reserve park of Tulum.
