"My stay at Shibari was wonderful! Staff were very professional, attentive & courteous. Check-in process was simple. They were able to check me in early. The room floor seemed like it wasn’t cleaned that well but the room and view was so beautiful it took the focus away from it. The cenote and restaurant area were amazing. Food taste amazing, a bit overpriced, but the taste, service & staff compensated for it. The fitness center can use some attention. "

"It’s beautiful there! Staff worked continuously clearing beach. Included breakfast was very good. You have to put toilet paper in trash which is gross and it’s kinda expensive, dinner was 50 to 60$ each and drinks 17$ but other than that we loved our stay there. Had a great time! "

Breakfast at Casa Habanero was delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The property grounds were spectacular in every way. Jungle meets the beach. I would recommend this property and if I ever get the chance to go back to tulum I will be staying at Nueva Vida. "
