We had a lovely stay, very unfortunate that the sargassum kept us from the beach, but that's not the hotel's fault."
"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

"I had the ocean view suite, it was absolutely beautiful! I love the boho chic style. It is such a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The Moro restaurant in the hotel is insanely good. The food is delicious. Everything is very clean and well maintained.
They also have these very cute activities that are included. I also liked that the bike renting was included so you could just borrow a bike and explore the area.
The area is very central, you’re super close to cool shops and beach clubs.
I wish the hotel had an ATM that would have been helpful to get cash on site, I also wish they had room service.
All in all it was such a wonderful experience and I would definitely visit again. "

"The views were absolutely amazing and the food was to die for (especially all the staff and the chef at the Jasmine + special shout out to the guy that made the mushroom at Porto Fino. Our room was clean and gorgeous. We had the best concierge Benigno, who showed us around and made sure we always had all we needed. Will definitely be returning!"
"This hotel is beautiful, very modern and spacious. I loved having my own pool area. The concierge was very attentive. The only issue is there isnt much near the hotel. So its necessary to have transportation to get around. "
"The view was STUNNING. The room was beautifully decorated and felt luxurious. Everything was clean and pristine when we arrived and the staff were so helpful throughout the stay (they even gave us a cooler to keep ice in our room to keep the drinks cold!). The included breakfast is simple but delicious and we enjoyed it every morning out in the courtyard with the morning breeze. The private plunge pool was absolutely essential and made the stay even more relaxing. We went in the off season, so the beach had a lot of seaweed, but we had done our research so we expected this and we still enjoyed the beach area, the deck and beach chairs. We had a lovely experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or eco-friendly travelers."

The way the hotel was positioned in the jungle, not to disturb the natural habitat and using materials native to the area make this the most unique experience we've had. Additionally, Elizabeh was extremely helpful, very observant and super attentive. The rooms appear crafted by artisans to be warm, calming, romantic & serene. I would advice to take advantage of the couples' massage they offer. They are the best. Lily and Lorena, our masseuse were exceptional. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation. "
