「綺麗なお部屋でした。湿度が高くてドライにしましたがなかなか快適とはならず2泊しましたが帰る頃にやっと体感的に良くなってきました。廊下にウォーターサーバーがおいてあるのですがコンセントがさされてなく、お湯が出ずフロントのサーバーまでお湯を入れにいくことに。暑いエリアなのでお湯が必要ないのかもと考えるのかもしれないですが必要であると思います。」

「Beautiful hotel with gorgeous architecture. We loved our stay and especially our room (booked the Orchid room). We also had free access to their Beach-club at the Orchid House Tulum Beach. Staff was kind and welcoming. Location is close to everything and is safe. There's free parking on the property and there's someone at night to guard the entrance door.
