「It was everything I hoped for for my stay in Tulum. The property manager, Ehsan and the security man Andreas were always available for whatever I needed. The place is gorgeous. 「I really like our stay at Trece Lunas. Claudia was our concierge, very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a toilet and within the same day the toilet was fixed. Trece Lunas is a small place with I believe 6 units, it is very calm and quiet. I’ve barely seen other clients during my stay, the pool was rarely occupied. 「Absolute heaven on earth!
