「Great location. Spacious, clean rooms (not ocean view—those rooms are quite small). Friendly staff, but slow service and often inaccurate (food and beverage). Good value. 」

「What a stay we had at Orchid House! The service was outstanding from start tto finish. The hotel reached out early to see if we had anything special we wanted to do, and upon learning it was my husband's 60th birthday, they put together an amazing romantic dinner for us in their "Next" with such great food and ambiance. They room was amazing with a beautiful views of the ocean from the room and our private rooftop balcony with little pool. Seriously a gem. Beach access, where we didn't wear...

「El lugar es bonito con cabañitas amplias y comodas . Para mi gusto faltaria un calentador de agua y quizas una cafetera para no tener que molestar en recepcion. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs. Un plus es el cenote desde donde puedes tomar el sol y bañarte tranquilamente.」
