You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices. 「I had a very pleasant experience at Ma’xanab. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Service was definitely impeccable. Great food and drinks all around. The rooms were cleaned 2 times a day. Very relaxing experience and would definitely recommend. 」

「Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha. Honestly this place and their sister resorts are incredible. We will be back!」

「My stay at Shibari was amazing. It was hard to leave this place as it was such a unique and truly magical spot. The included breakfast is top notch and the service was amazing. The only negative thing about it is on the weekends you can get some noise from the nearby clubs until 2am. This doesn’t bother me as I often wear ear plugs when I sleep. And any hotel near the club zone has this same problem so it’s just a downside to staying within walking distance of that zone. I would definitely stay...

「Literally on the beach, in the area of boutique hotels which are usually smaller and higher value in terms of service and customers. The hotel is a little gem hosted in a luxuriant area. The room is huge with a view on the sea with strong wifi and a safe, no AC but you don t need one, the night breeze cools the room pretty well. The stafd is absolutely awesome, the breakfast was also good! Highly recommended」

「The staff are really nice and accommodating . Especially Theresa . She’s sweet and anticipates our needs. The place has no amenities but you have access to Ahau which is the sister hotel . But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you . The beach is nice and the only downside is it’s on the strip of clubs that can be loud at night but they stop playing at 1 am. Somehow all of us slept ...

「Room was clean, staff was friendly, great location. They had a really good massage special right on the beach that we both enjoyed. Loved the free sun beds too! My only complaint would be that there is not being a door on the bathroom if you book the standard room on the jungle side - little privacy if you’re not traveling solo! Overall a great place especially for the price. 」

「Clean room, stunning views, courteous staff. The only downside is that the private mini pool on the roof takes forever to fill and the water is not hot, but it’s not a hot tub so it’s ok. Yoga in the morning with Maria was awesome! Will be coming back for sure」
