「Second time staying at the Hilton Tulum. The staff is great. Daniel took great care of us at the pool and Dani from the entertainment team gave us so fun at the pool. Also had the opportunity to take a spin class in the pool. That was not on my bingo card for 2026 but so much fun. Food is always a struggle as there was no buffet offered at night, all restaurants require a reservation and the food is not it. Also there is an increase in wildlife on the property that was not there 4 years ago....

Efrain with VIP services was helpful and made our stay better. 「We knew after booking about the “under construction “ which we thought was about the swim up rooms. But we are on vacation and wanted to make the most of it. However, the vacation vibes were ruined due to the LOUD construction scene which was heavily consisted of jackhammer and concrete dust flying everywhere. The food is mediocre. The only place about this resort is the staff.」

「Everything here was amazing and very pleasant and easy to access, I can only complain that there wasn’t much variety on the food in the buffet and the taxi prices are very high when you can catch a shuttle outside about 500% cheaper and the air conditioning in the room wasn’t that cold, but as far as service it was top tier very kind and helpful ppl and it’s very beautiful and clean they are on top of it ! I would say 8.5/10」

There was no room service and I had to ask permission to bring food to my room for my mother who could not walk from the lobby to the restaurant. There was no wheelchair available for her. 「Nomad is actually close to you actually are staying with Be Tulum. Be Tulum was a very nice hotel but there is hardly anyone staying there. Free breakfast was delicious but drinks were pricier. $25 usd for a mimosa. I’d recommend staying and eating elsewhere.」

The food at the restaurant was delicious, every inch of the property was just peaceful and serene like being in your own world. Very zen! A great way to unplug from the noise of the world (no tvs) and unwind. Loved our stay. And cant wait to visit again.」
