「Maybe I should preface this by saying I don’t usually do resorts. But this stay made me realize I never want to again. The check in process was excruciatingly long. I was tired and jet lagged and asked repeatedly to just get to my room and they kept asking to sign me up for events for discounts. I just wanted to lay down. While I was there I was harassed when I was at the pool by staff about my room number and my last name. Then to confirm my room number and confirm my last name. I just told...

「Room was a disaster. Drains in room did not work called for service everyday I was there. The drain in sink was fixed day 3 along with the shower handheld component. However, shower drain never was fixed and we had a flood in the room that reached out to the beds. My kids were showering and didn’t realize that it was overflowing on the fourth day. We called to complain someone came out and tested and said it was fine. I was told it was fixed so the fifth day they didn’t pay attention...

「The entire staff at the resort are amazing. Our concierge Gina was very helpful with recommendations for tours off the property, and things to do on the property. Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun. 「The hotel is so clean, and there were plenty of activities! We wish it were a little easier to get food at the pool and easier to determine where activities were taking place.」

「Loved every thing! Beautiful resort, nice dining options. Great staff! My only complaint is about the actual room: The rooms could use a bit of updating. It would also be nice to have one room with two queen beds. I travel often with my adult son. The options are twin beds or a king bed with a couch bed. The couch bed was terrible, did not open and sub par for such a wonderful resort. Even so, I would go again! Everything else is wonderful. 」

「Overall not a bad stay. Apartment was very spacious, although a bit tired in places. Kitchen crockery and utensils were very minimal. Shower enclosure very large, but you can't stop water going all over the floor. Could do with a squeegee in the bathroom. Also the room has a very musty / damp smell about it. Breakfast in the restaurant was always pleasant, serving staff always very nice and courteous.」

「A week of fun! We were lucky enough to wake up every morning sound of waves from our oceanfront room. Staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating while traveling with our 1 year old. Our room was a bit dated, and could have been cleaner but was fine for us. There was a musty smell, but I feel like this is hard to avoid in such a humid climate. We loved the food and variety of options the resort offered from authentic Mexican dishes to simply meals fit for our picky toddler. I enjoyed...
