「We had a great experience at Secrets Tulum. The room was impeccable and the service was top notch. We enjoyed the spa services, especially the hydrotherapy session. I would give the food 8/10, our favorite restaurants were Jasmine and Portofino. This resort's atmosphere was all about the chill vibes and relaxation; we loved evey minute of it. I would recommend this resort to family and friends. 」

The resort is large and somewhat confusing to navigate at times but there are maps posted around the walkways. There were plenty of pool/beach chairs available.」

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a superior suite near the lobby, which was spacious and conveniently located within easy walking distance to the restaurants and buffet. The food quality was excellent for an all-inclusive, with plenty of variety and solid dining options. We also enjoyed having access to the other Bahia Principe resorts via a quick shuttle ride, making it easy to spend time...

「The room we had was incredible, amazing views, privacy, we were blown away. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was no fridge. So we couldn’t keep our water bottles cold. We also tried to take showers around 11:30pm and no water came out, it just had no water pressure. So we tried in the morning and it worked. Breakfast was great. 」
