Olivia Oceanfront was the perfect place for our bachelorette trip in Tulum! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We also loved how easy and convenient the digital check-in process was. The property has amazing amenities, including beautiful rooftop areas, a jacuzzi, a beach club, restaurants, and a gym. Everything we needed for a fun and relaxing girls’ getaway was right there! We had such an unforgettable time celebrating together. The location, atmosphere, service, and stunning views made our trip even more special. We would absolutely stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum again for our next girls’ trip!

My stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was incredible! The staff was very friendly and gave us such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and looked recently renovated, which made our stay even more comfortable. The digital check-in process was quick and convenient, and the Guest Experience team was incredibly helpful with recommendations for exploring Tulum. The restaurants served delicious food and drinks, and the rooftop views were absolutely amazing—panoramic and perfect for a romantic getaway. I also loved that the rooftops are equipped with solar panels, adding a sustainable touch to this beautiful property. We celebrated our honeymoon and everything was perfect from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The entire team was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved spending time on the rooftops and enjoying the amazing ocean and sunset views from the jacuzzi—it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Olivia Oceanfront Tulum is a great choice for groups of friends looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I had a wonderful stay at Olivia Ocean Front Tulum and would definitely return. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. The property was also exceptionally clean and well maintained... everything felt spotless and thoughtfully taken care of. I really liked the digital check-in process and the communication through WhatsApp. I’ve only seen this kind of concept at a couple of hotels in Mexico, so I found it quite innovative and convenient. Communication was easy and made the whole experience feel very seamless. The hotel also offers complimentary parking, which is a great plus. Just keep in mind that it’s important to let the team know about 10 minutes before you arrive so they can have everything ready for your access. The food at the restaurants was incredible as well. There were several great options, and the quality really stood out. Another detail I really appreciated was the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. Alex mentioned that the property operates 100% with solar panels, or at least that was what I was told, which I found especially impressive and a great initiative for a hotel in Tulum. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
