「Akumal is a special town that I have visited for over 25 years. This was my first time staying at LaSerina. Such a lovely location. The courtyard gardens are full of beautiful tropical plants, and is beautifully maintained. There is a large lovely pool in the center of this courtyard. The condo was decorated in traditional Mexican decor with lots of nice personal touches. The staff were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.」

I know they have no control of this, but the sargasso was 3 ft high on the small beach ringing the entire bay, and 20 feet out from the shore.
