Cenote Cristalino

This was my first experience to an all inclusive resort, and let me tell you I didn’t want to leave. Many bilingual workers to answer any questions, near by you have access to RIU caribe. Which also was a good experience if you want a good time for drinks. Walking distance to street food, vendors for souvenirs, and even a corner store for snacks or emergencies. Food overall is a solid 8 service 10, workers are constantly checking on or refilling your drinks holding the doors. Thank you so much RIU PALACE LAS AMERICAS ! 🇲🇽❤️

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

We enjoyed our stayed at Riu Palace Kukulcan.. beautiful and tranquil. Definitely a strong recommendation for those seeking to travel with no kids.
