Cenote Cristalino

Our family had a great time at Wyndham Grand Cancun. Our concierge Christian was very helpful and friendly during our stay. We were offered to upgrade to ocean view with extra pay that was the hit. As an expedia member, we were also offered VIP access that allowed us to book for dinner a day earlier. We also had room service daily instead of every other day. The staffs at the restaurants treated us well. But we felt being treated differently at the buffet and the sushi bar sometimes, like they gave us the table out of the way at the buffet, we felt like being isolated. At the sushi bar, we arrived right at 12 noon but they told us to wait to order from the waitress , while the same person took ordered from other guests who came after us and the waitress took orders from many other tables and seemed never bothered our table. However the staffs at the restaurants treated us very well, we liked Victor, Berlin, Armando very much. We had a great experience watching turtles getting to the shore to lay eggs. Staffs were very protective to them. My recommendation is to give new guests information about protecting turtles by not to touch and get close to them.

The reception was awful. The personnel was arrogance and nonhelpful. Then you have to pay for many of the entertainment and attractions, when it’s supposed to be an all-inclusive experience. My kids had a nice time because their kids and can get entertained with anything. But you have to register and make a reservation for everything which makes it slow and frustrating.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had Great staff, amenities, food, everything! I can’t wait to go back!
