"The only complaint I have is that we could not use the kitchen. The kitchen was locked up due to COVID. That was totally unnecessary and I didnt see that anywhere when i registered. The host made a point of showing us a microwave and little fridge and coffee maker. We had brought groceries with us. But we could not use them because we had no dishes. Not even a mug to put coffee in. There were a few paper cups available but nothing for coffee."

"Last year, we stayed in Puerto Morelos and had a better experience with entertainment provided during the day. We missed out on catching the nightly presentation, so no opinion there. Food and service was hit and miss. The fried fish at the seafood option was awesome. "

"We stayed 2 nights and would definitely return. Property was beautiful, clean and quiet. The room was very comfortable, clean and decorated tastefully. Everything worked properly and we even cooked dinner one night in our kitchenette. Plenty of storage for all of our things to be put away. The pool is smaller but gorgeous and clean. The staff really want you to enjoy your stay and were available as needed to help. Stay here for the Mexico beach vibe, without the noise. Loved it."
