「Highly recommend this property. Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only.
