"This resort is conveniently located on the beach in downtown Playa which makes access to 5th Ave restaurants and shops a short walk. The property is beautiful and well maintained with a nice stretch of beach, multiple pools, restaurants and bars on site. The half board option provides breakfast and the option to choose lunch (which you can order on the beach) or dinner which is perfect if you like to explore local restaurants for dinner. The quality of the food and drinks is very good and the staff deserves a shout out for their fantastic service and attention to detail. Ishmael, Armando, Enrique, Manuel and the rest of the staff too many to name will make you feel at home and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. These guys work really hard and let you know that they appreciate you ‘re staying with them . I don’t typically write reviews but have stayed at this resort on many occasions and continue to return. From what we’ve seen it appeals to singles, couples, groups and families. When you experience the view of the crystal blue water while eating breakfast or the sunrise on the beach a few steps from your room you’ll be planning your return trip. "

"We loved this resort for kids (we travel quite a bit and this resort is one of the best we have been to for kids).  The pools were all fun including the water park, pirate pool and main pool. The entertainment was perfect - they had face paint and balloon making set up in the lobby area many times for kids.  The shows were at 8pm so great time for kids.  The foam party in the pirate pool was also so much fun for the kids.  All the staff were great with kids - bar tenders and servers would listen to kids when ordering (at other AIs we’ve been to they tend to ignore kids).  All the restaurants were really good.  We didn’t have issues making reservations at any of them. Just did it early on in our trip.  Our room was great.  We were upgraded to a family suite - beds were comfy, rooms were clean.   Staff all worked hard.  We would definitely stay here again."
