「Solo tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado con nuestra habitación, pero amablemente nos cambiaron, en general me pareció muy buen hotel, cómodo, cerca de la quinta avenida, incluso tiene lavadora y secadora para estancias largas y el desayuno que incluye bastante bien.」
「道路を挟んで海側と町側に建物があります。今回は町側の建物でしたが、トップルーフにプライベートテラス、ジャグジー付きでそこから海が見える部屋でした。メキシコに住んでいるとお風呂がないのでジャグジーはとてもよかったです。ただなぜか最初の2日間はぬるかったです。部屋の作りもよく、清潔感もあり満足度はかなり高いホテルでした。接客も申し分ありません。すぐ後ろがクラブ通りでかなりうるさかったのですが、意外にも窓を閉めると音は聞こえません。ホテル近くの海鮮系のレストランictio Fish houseで食べた生牡蠣が美味しかったです。また来る機会があれば利用したいと思います。」
「They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They welcomed us with a refreshing cucumber lemonade. Ezequiel lobby bartender, Manuel waitrer from Asiana restaurant,Jose (el capitan) and the manager from the luggage which I don't remember his name they were attentive, courteous and always ready to help. The room was spacious, bright and had everything we need it. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The property looked luxurious and with amazing views to Isla conzumel. 」

「カンクン空港からADOバスで1時間くらいでPlaya del Carmen に到着。片道156ペソ。バスターミナルから徒歩で10分くらい。
ロビーも部屋も清潔感があり、チェックインの際にはスタッフは英語でとても丁寧な説明をしてくれました。ビーチタオル、部屋のセーフティボックス、wifi無料です。
シャワーはバスタブがありませんが、私はカーテンのユニットバスよりシャワールームの方が好きなのでよかったです。
ベッドには、タオルで作られたスワンがあったり、ロビーでのコーヒーやお水のサービス、料金以上の満足感がありました。何よりスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしいと感じました。」
