"My 9-night reservation was made 2-3"days before my scheduledarrival. I notified the property that I would arrive around 12:30 p.m. after an international flight; nobody replied. "The hotel was older hotel and needed some updates. Staff was very helpful and polite. They had many food choices and food was great one thing that I wish that somebody told me that there is a lot of seaweeds on the beach and beach was not accessible. They were working hard to clean it, but the seaweeds were just coming from the water. I wish that they can somehow build entertainment stage where they can fit a lot of people and be prepared for weather inclement we were at the show and he started raining and we were forced to go inside and the show was canceled. Overall, it is a great hotel and Iberostar is always one of my top choice when comes to hotels in Cancun. Thank you"

"The property is beautifully maintained, featuring a pristine beach, multiple pools, diverse dining options, and daily entertainment. A unique highlight is the on-site Maya ruins and abundant wildlife—including spider monkeys, coatis, agoutis, iguanas, tropical birds, and deer. It was incredible to experience the local culture and nature without leaving the resort. Management clearly does a fantastic job keeping operations running smoothly. We booked the Royal Level, and the upgrade was well worth it. Our room was remarkably spacious, clean and we loved having access to the exclusive amenities. A major perk was the Royal Level's private pool and French restaurant, which offered an outstanding all-inclusive menu with absolutely no reservations required. Across the rest of the resort, the buffet restaurants provided excellent variety, and we were consistently impressed by the overall food and drink quality. Above all, the staff truly makes this resort shine. They are consistently attentive, courteous, and genuinely happy to help. We appreciate everything the team did to make our family vacation a great memory and highly recommend this resort."

"We were very pleased with our 7 day experience at Secrets The Vine. The staff was terrific! Everyone from reception to wait staff to bartenders to housekeeping to the entertainment crew was just excellent. We upgraded to Preferred Club and were very happy with our large and spacious room on the 21st floor, and with the Preferred club lounge. The personalized service from the Preferred staff was great! The food was very good. We ate breakfast and lunch at the Market Cafe buffet every day and could not have asked for a better selection of great tasting food. We had dinner at Dragons ( Asian), Olio (Mediterranean, Preferred club guests only), and Sea Salt Grill ( Peruvian). We enjoyed them all. Don't miss the Sunday night buffet at Sea Salt Grill, a wonderful choice of grilled meat from shrimp and fish to ribs and steak. Evening entertainment was enjoyable and well put together. We used the gym every morning and it as very nice. Lots o equipment and space. Everything seemed to be fairly new and well maintained. the choice of three pools on ground level was nice, all offered a different vibe for your mood. The Preferred Club pool was on the 12th floor. We only visited it once. It was nice but very secluded and not many visitors seemed to be using it. The ground level pools were much more fun for us. There seemed to be plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available for all guests to be accommodated. We would highly recommend this resort and will return in the future."

This resort exceeded our expectations and gave us so many wonderful memories to take home. The entire property is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking to relax, disconnect from everyday life, and enjoy a little piece of paradise. One of the things that impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of restaurants and options to choose from. We also loved the drinks, the pools, the beach, and the beautiful views throughout the resort. Everything was designed to make the experience feel relaxing and special. Our room was comfortable, beautiful, and spotless, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. The resort also offers plenty of activities and entertainment, while still having quiet areas where you can simply relax and enjoy the surroundings.
