"We had a really lovely stay at Moon Palace Cancun – Sunrise. The resort was beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with plenty to do for the whole family. The pools were great, the food had lots of choice, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere at Sunrise. There was always something going on, but it still felt relaxing when we wanted some quiet time. The kids had a great time, and we made some really good family memories here. The service was excellent and we felt well looked after from arrival until the day we left. We would definitely consider coming back to Moon Palace again and would recommend it to families visiting Cancun."

"The staff was very accommodating and helpful especially Rodrigo and our concierge Mario. We had a sales person who tried to sell us a club membership who acted like a child when we declined his offer. Apart from that, the resort was fabulous. We tried different restaurants throughout our stay and I have to say that Agave was our favorite, and Rio was not. We stayed in a top floor suite. On one of the nights we had a leak coming from the ceiling, we called the front desk and the issue was quickly resolved. The kids had a blast on the water slides and gave us time to relax in the lazy river and our cabana by the pool. Overall our stay was wonderful, and we will be back"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Excellence. The staff was friendly and their attention to detail was superb. The resort was incredibly clean and very well maintained. The spa was amazing! "The bartenders “El Ruso” and Natan were great along with every other staff. The DJ at this resort had the most boring music playing. The stay at this resort was nice and relaxing, however, we wanted more fun. The music was bad, at times needing something more upbeat. I will not stay at this respite again for the sheer fact that I was bored during my stay. While I want r to relax, some fun here is greatly needed. Maybe I chose the wrong resort for my “Fun” and “some relaxation” all at once. Natan and “El Ruso” thanks for your attentive service and every other staff that I can’t remember their names. I would like to add that my rooms were always clean pool was clean however was 4 foot something - don’t recollect how deep. The gym was nice, however , didn’t use it. We were close to La Quinta Avenida, that was nice."

"Clean room, kind staff, great hibachi, steaks and buffet! The soloist was amazing! She had a great voice and sung a variety of genres of music. The acrobatic show was not that but the previous year had amazing shows! The food provided in the Preferred Customer area was below average. "
