The sports bar didn’t open till 5pm so there is no bar to sit and have a drink at, unless you put on a bathing suit & get in the water to sit at the pool bar.

We stayed in the tower suite. Everything was great. The staff was very attentive and the room service was great. I enjoyed the property and also the atmosphere. The day parties were fun and there was always something to do. My only issue is the pool being closed so early. Open the pool at night. Allow people to party into the evening around and in the pool. That would make the experience much more enjoyable for a lot of people.

Clean room tv didn't work bathroom couldn't flush

It was amazing experience for three nights stay. Very close to ferry to Isla Mujeres and Chedraui Supermar to shop grocery and souvenirs. In addition, property' staff were very nice and kind for all. Two things needs to improve for this hotel: 1. Room cleaning 2. It is older property than Hyatt viva which is located on right next to Grand fiesta. so it feels very old which is not modern. Also, the beach is not big enough so spent most of time in the pool. overall, I was very satisfied during your stay. Thanks the team

Very nice and modern facilities. Rooms, restaurants are very clean. Quality of food is very good. Entertaining is fairly good. Pool and accesibility to the beach is great and ideal. One person at the front desk at my arrival tretated me very badly. The male host of italian restaurant also treated me bad. Better staff training is necessary
