Some days we didn't get our room cleaned, so we asked for bathroom necessities from cleaning staff in the hall. We enjoyed the pool and had access to beach towels at the front desk. We missed not having drinking water in our room; we bought it at the store. The restaurant was good although often short staffed. Enjoyed the location and beach access. Municipal buses were cheap and stopped close to the hotel.

Room was very clean and the staff very friendly and polite.

Little bit more relaxed, but overall amazing place to be!

We have stayed here several times and we know what to expect. It’s always clean, the food is all decent. Breakfasts are overpriced at the buffet, but the market will take care of you for a fraction of the price (still overpriced for what it is) We enjoyed Zama and Divino this time as well as taking an uber into Cancun for a few odd resort meals and to see some culture. Check out Parque las Palapas for some good authentic food options.

New hotel, good restaurants, lots of pools and staff was great.
